Staff are great, polite, helpful, hardworking. Food is good. Reception staff are warm and helpful, especially Miss. Siska, who assisted with sending express packages. Will choose this hotel again.

free wi-fi was working perfectly. we liked this hotel. here we could visit taman anggrek ragunan that was next to the property. it's worth staying here and exploring cilandak district.

The hotel's location is convenient with great access to public transportation. Staff members are friendly, always greeting guests with a smile. the breakfast menu is excellent, featuring local delicacies and an extensive variety of Western dishes. Rooms are tidy and spacious, equipped with a plush bed and a clean bathroom. the hotel offers free WIFI and free parking.
The room's air conditioning unit is quite specific in its temperature. Even after adjusting it to a lower setting, the room still feels too cold.

Best aspects include the polite and helpful staff who helped us with directions, luggage, traffic reminders, and even sent multiple packages for us. The hotel had good food options and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
We Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The reception staff were really friendly and gave me tips for getting around the city. The location was perfect for exploring the city's sights. The food at the hotel was delicious and I enjoyed trying the local dishes.
There were quite a few insects in the room, including ants and flies, which was a bit frustrating. The air-conditioning was also too cold, even when set to a higher temperature.

Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr zentral und ist preiswert. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, die früh öffnen.
Alles war in Ordnung.
